A short movie

Using the Imovie app on an ipad me and two other students made a short clip of what we belived potraid  a student in the 21st century.

When we were thinking about ways to potray this through film, We thought about how others see students.

We came up with a list:

• Alcohol
• Lazy
• Messy

 We then thought about how we see university

• Our identitys to lecturers
• Our identity to the univercity
• out identity to peers 

We then came up with this video.

Website domains

What is a domain?

A domain is an area that is controlled by a particulate person or company, for instance you may have heard of a lions domain as in the area of which a lion is in control. Your home is your domain as it is the area you are in control of.
Internet domains are just the same, as the website is controlled by a person or company.

The most common domain that can be seen globally throughout the internet is .com it stands for commercial 

You can also find .co which stands for company it is used by country's as their domains some examples of this are:
.co.uk = United Kingdom
.co.fr = France

.co.jp = Japan 

Other domains are:

.org = Organisation - this is used by many charity's such as oxfarm.org.uk 

.net = Network

.gov = Government 

.gov is the most reliable websites to view as they are run by government organisations of whom are not aloud to provide false or inaccurate information.

.edu = Education 

.edu is also a reliable source it is information provided by specialists that have researched and have evidence of what they are saying in the topic.

Why so many domains?
Domains are made so that it is easier to see what type of website and country you are viewing

I made the video through Animoto, a free video making website, I found it very useful as it was not only free but also allowed you to upload images from social media as well as directly from your PC.

The photos you can see in the video were taken over a period of two years on two separate holidays to Tenerife on the walk from Costa Adeje to Playa de las americas.

I have been brought up as a roman catholic and I believe that the photos show the story of life from growing up, falling in love, having your own family, your children leaving the nest and then death, after all that is what I believe the purpose of life is to reproduce, as it states in the bible:

Genesis 1:28-
And God blessed them, and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have domination over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on earth"

I try to make a diffrence even though only I may see,
The work through my tears gives me knowledge to help in many years,
Me because it is my chosen career,
The degree well that was a hard choice to pick
with so many teaching degrees I needed one to stick,
thats when I came to my dessision
Education Studies does not isolate just one profession,
Unlike that of early years education.
Tutor, teacher, No matter of the age
This degree its all one one page

So that is why Im here today
